Account data

• name/username, email, internal user ID;
• your projects/sites settings within the service.

Data imported from Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads)

• ad account IDs, campaign/ad set/ad IDs;
• aggregated performance metrics (e.g., spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, conversion values);
• limited technical API payloads required to synchronize data.

Access tokens

• the access token you grant when connecting Meta Ads (stored encrypted).

Technical data

• IP address, logs, device/browser data, cookies (if used).

2. How we use data

• provide the service functionality (integrations, sync, dashboards, charts);
• security, fraud prevention, and service improvement;
• customer support and legal compliance.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data only with infrastructure/service providers as needed, or with authorities when legally required.

4. Retention & security

Tokens are stored encrypted. Analytics data is kept as needed to provide the service or until you request deletion. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.
