Option 1: Email request

Email hello@example.com with subject Data Deletion Request and include:

• the email used in JuraSale;
• (if available) your site/project ID;
• what to delete: the whole account or only Meta Ads integrations.

We will process the request within a reasonable timeframe (typically up to 30 days).

What we delete

Depending on your request, we may delete:

• account personal data (e.g., email/name);
• integration access tokens (Meta Ads tokens);
• ad account links and integration settings;
• imported analytics data for your site/project if requested.

We may retain anonymized/aggregated technical metrics for security and reliability purposes.

Option 2: Disconnect Meta Ads

You can disconnect Meta Ads in your site settings within JuraSale. The token will be removed on our side and syncing will stop.
